Revision starts here...

To all our connections who have children revising for GCSEs or A-Levels…

We’ve all been there—staring at a textbook for hours, re-reading the same sentence, hoping it eventually sticks.

Or, highlighting literally everything in the hope that it magically transfers into your brain.

Revision is brutal, and staying focused for long periods is easier said than done.

That’s where brain nutrition actually makes a difference:
Lion’s Mane, for example, has been studied for its potential to support memory and cognitive function by stimulating nerve growth.

Chaga and Cordyceps help with energy and reducing mental fatigue—essential when you’re running on 4 hours of sleep and blind optimism.

I wish I’d known about this when I was revising. Instead, I relied on energy drinks, last-minute cramming, and the classic, "if I rewrite my notes in nicer handwriting, maybe I’ll understand them." Spoiler: I didn’t.

So, if your son or daughter is deep in revision mode, it might be worth looking at how nutrition can support their focus and energy (rather than just relying on highlighters)
